Wall Installation Instructions

The focus of this video is installation recommendations to create bullet resistant protection. A home safe room is featured in this video, but universal instructions for ‘armoring’ are included. Waterjet Cutting
ArmorCore® bullet resistant panels and other materials are cut at the Waco Composites facility using CNC Water Jet Cutters. These allow for precision 2-Dimensional cutting per customer’s needs.

ArmorCore® Applications
In this project for the Department of Homeland Security in California, our UL752 Level 3 bullet-resistant fiberglass panels were utilized. Pacific Rim Contractors executed the project, from the initial placement of the panels to the installation of ClarkDietrich Barrier Mesh. Each panel was precisely cut using the Grabber Panel-Max portable drywall & cement panel milling machine. To ensure a clean and safe work environment, the DeWalt Air Filtration System played a crucial role in managing airborne particle dust collection during the installation. This project stands as a testament of our commitment to providing top-tier security solutions for people and businesses across the nation.
Job in Peoria
This video shows a job in Peoria, IL that features a SmartLift 380 installing our ArmorCore panels. Reports from the jobsite were that the SmartLift made the project less labor intensive, safer, and more efficient overall.
